Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Deviantart is a place for Artist not art theives, you have not done this once but you have even been banned for it on your last account which means you are also guilty of ban evasion
I am reporting you to the Deviantart staff on both accounts seeing as you have traced over and and claimed as your own work, if you are going to be a artist at least be original because in the end of the day the only person who is getting banned is you while others find out that your the petty thief =/
